Doctoral Rental Regalia Instructions

**Deadline for ordering Rental Regalia is Sunday, March 31, 2024.**

Regalia pick-up starts on May 6, 2024

Doctoral Rental Regalia Instructions:

• Pre-order your Doctoral Rental Regalia here and have it shipped to the W&M Spirit Shop and Bookstore for In-Store Pickup.
• Your Regalia will come with a Gown, Tam (cap), and Tassel. W&M Doctoral Regalia does not have a Hood.
• Payment for Regalia will be made at the W&M Spirit Shop and Bookstore 601 Prince George Street Williamsburg, VA 23185. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and W&M Express.
• Grad Fair will be hosted at the W&M Law School on Wednesday, 3/20/24. Grad Fair is a great opportunity to come in and take care of your Graduation Merchandise needs! 

 Your Regalia is due back to the W&M Spirit Shop and Bookstore no later than Friday, May 24^th, 2024 by 5:00 pm. Only the Gown is returned; you may keep the Tam and Tassel as a souvenir.

If your regalia is note returned by May 24, 2024, your W&M account will be charged the replacement cost of the regalia ($400) and you may incur additional fees from W&M.

You must see a sales associate to properly check in your Rental at the W&M Spirit Shop and Bookstore.
